While not on duty, Rob is an MIS major at Penn State-Behrend. He is also employed as a telephone operator at GTE.

He has also attended Edinboro University, and the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a founding father for the Delta Zeta Chapter of Alpha Phi Omega.

Rob is an Eagle Scout, brotherhood member of the Order of the Arrow, and a staff member for the 1993 National Scout Jamboree. Be sure to visit his BSA/OA Site.
